Pythia is a small studio run by one reader in Chania, Crete. This page explains what information we see, how we use it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
This website does not ask you to sign up, log in, or fill out a form. There is no email gate and no account. The only way to reach us from here is the email link in the footer.
When you buy a reading, your order is placed and paid for on Etsy. Etsy handles your name, payment details, and contact information under its own privacy policy. We receive only what you choose to share with us: the first name, date of birth, and question you send for your reading.
How we use it
We use the details you send for one purpose: to write your reading and deliver it to you. We do not use them for anything else.
Your question and your reading stay private. We do not publish them, share them, or sell them to anyone.
Analytics
We use basic, privacy-friendly traffic measurement to understand how many people visit the site and which readings they look at. It is counted in aggregate and is not used to identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep the details of an order only as long as we need them to deliver your reading and handle a re-read or refund. After that they are removed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about your order and ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@pythia.studio and we will take care of it.
