Refund policy

Every reading comes with one simple promise: if it does not land right, you are covered.
One free re-read or a refund
If your reading does not arrive within the stated window, or it does not feel right to you, you can ask for one free re-read or a full refund within 48 hours of delivery.
How to ask
Send a message through your Etsy order, or email hello@pythia.studio, within 48 hours. Tell us your order name and whether you would like a re-read or a refund. A short note about what felt off helps, though it is not required.
How refunds are handled
Purchases and payments are processed by Etsy, so refunds are issued through Etsy back to your original payment method. Once a refund is approved it is usually processed the same day.
Turnaround
Readings are written by hand, one at a time, usually within 60 minutes during studio hours (9am to 11pm CET). If the studio is closed when you order, your reading lands first thing the next session.
