These terms cover your use of this website and the readings sold through it. By ordering a reading you agree to them.
What you are buying
A Pythia reading is a written, personal tarot reading, delivered as a private PDF, usually within 60 minutes of your order during studio hours (9am to 11pm CET). Each reading is written by hand for the question you send.
For reflection and entertainment
Readings are intended for reflection, clarity, and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional advice. They do not replace medical, legal, financial, or mental health care, and they do not guarantee any specific outcome.
If you are dealing with a medical, legal, financial, or mental health matter, please speak with a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, the support lines in the footer are there for you.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older to order a reading.
Delivery, re-reads, and refunds
Readings are delivered to the email linked to your Etsy order. If a reading does not land within the stated window, or it does not sit right with you, you can ask for one free re-read or a refund within 48 hours. Refunds are handled through Etsy. See the Refund policy for the full detail.
Your reading is yours
The reading we write is for your personal use. The wording, format, and artwork of the site and the readings remain ours, and may not be resold or republished.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
